Steve came in to see a sagging, damp and highly cluttered floor (with garden equipment, kids toys, ladders and paint pots everywhere).

Steve did a fantastic job designing and building a custom built shelving unit, as well as laying a new floor to resolve this - which I can now see and actually walk on.
